Dentist

Had a dentist appointment today for just a routine cleaning.  There is nothing routine about a dentist visit.  They took xrays of my teeth and I'm good compared to what I was six years ago.

She got to cleaning my teeth and found a couple spots that she didn't like.  I have to have two fillings.  That is scheduled for two more weeks.  Not looking forward to that, but my appointment is falling on a holiday so I don't have to take any time off from work.

I still went on my therapy session, didn't really buy anything special.  I did have a good time just browsing and then I stopped at the book store Barnes & Nobles and read my kindle.

It was a fun and relaxing day.

Chapter Photographer

I am now the HOG Chapter Photographer for at least the next two years.  I just finished with my term as the secretary.  I was actually term limited for secretary.

I enjoyed my four years serving as the secretary, but I'm glad I'm done too.  I don't miss driving to Billings on the first Tuesday of each month.

I am now the photographer, at least I don't have to go the officer meetings.  I told them that is the only way I will do it.

The lady who was the photographer is now the secretary, we just traded spots.  I will have fun with this new duty as I like to take pictures.  I filled in with photos before, so this is right up my alley.

I also have power, I can allow or deny other people's photos.

So far I have had two events to photograph.  One was our annual New Year's Day Ride.  Nobody rode because of the weather but we had a good gathering for breakfast, that was fun.  I took my photos, edited them and then tried to upload to the website.  Only problem with this is that now my photos are too large of files and it will only allow me to upload two photos.  I had to edit them because where we were having breakfast was too dark.  Oh well, a lesson learned.

We had our chapter meeting later in the month and I got better photos, better light in the room.  Got those uploaded so far so good

This is going to be fun.
