I am now the HOG Chapter Photographer for at least the next two years. I just finished with my term as the secretary. I was actually term limited for secretary.
I enjoyed my four years serving as the secretary, but I'm glad I'm done too. I don't miss driving to Billings on the first Tuesday of each month.
I am now the photographer, at least I don't have to go the officer meetings. I told them that is the only way I will do it.
The lady who was the photographer is now the secretary, we just traded spots. I will have fun with this new duty as I like to take pictures. I filled in with photos before, so this is right up my alley.
I also have power, I can allow or deny other people's photos.
So far I have had two events to photograph. One was our annual New Year's Day Ride. Nobody rode because of the weather but we had a good gathering for breakfast, that was fun. I took my photos, edited them and then tried to upload to the website. Only problem with this is that now my photos are too large of files and it will only allow me to upload two photos. I had to edit them because where we were having breakfast was too dark. Oh well, a lesson learned.
We had our chapter meeting later in the month and I got better photos, better light in the room. Got those uploaded so far so good
This is going to be fun.

Are you still doing that photography school thing? Probably can't use these for school, but the school should help with getting things ship shape.
Yes, I have to finish us this photo project which is a sports photo, newsworthy photo, a photo essay of 10 and copy a fashion shoot. I have everything done but the fashion shoot one.
